Job Description:
Monet Studios is a modern luxury photo studio rental space in the heart of Richmond Hill. We are seeking a dedicated Photo Studio Associate to join our team and have the opportunity to work with experienced industry professionals. As a Photo Studio Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with studio bookings via phone or in person, ensuring a smooth check in process for booked studio sessions, maintaining studio cleanliness, and supporting the overall workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
• Aid clients in using studio booking system via phone or in person and manage the studio’s calendar.
• Assist in client relations, providing information about services, packages, and studio offerings.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure their needs are met during photo sessions.
• Coordinate with the photographers and other professionals to ensure smooth client flow during sessions. Prepare and organize props, backgrounds, and other necessary items for photo sessions.
• Support in basic studio maintenance, including restocking supplies and tidying communal areas.
• Perform end-of-session walk throughs.
•Provide general administrative support to the studio when required.
• Assist with filming content, maintenance and updating of studio’s social media accounts.
• Participate in creative collaborations with Studio Director for studio special installations.

Requirements:
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of office software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling software).
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge or interest in design or photography is a bonus but not required.
