Studio Rules & Policies
1-hour minimum booking is required for each studio, 30 minute incremental bookings thereafter. All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Once booking is confirmed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Clients have 24 hours from booked session time to reschedule a new date and time.
In your Monet Studios Account you can reschedule at least 24hrs from your booking time. No credit will be issued for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of booked studio session time or for no show’s.
In case of damages caused by client during booked session, Monet Studios will charge client for damages incurred. Damage charges include but not limited to the following:
Broken or damaged set pieces or furniture (Sofa, couches, tables, chairs) – $100
Missing, broken or damaged props (vases, throws, artificial greenery, pillows) – $30
Soiled or stained furniture or soft props cleaning fee or confetti poppers, smoke flares – $50
Damage to special installations – $100
Damage to set structure – $250
All other damages not described above will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Client must returned studio to its original state before your end time and indoor shoes/socks-only are required in each studio.
Client must not make excess noise that will cause disruption to neighboring studios.
Client must treat studio space with care and respect so that other clients can also enjoy the space for their session.
No food or drink are allowed in the studio spaces.
Studio Inspection and Cleaning: Our studio associate will visit the room prior to your booking and do a thorough clean, along with a walk through with you, to ensure the condition of the room is picture perfect. 10 minutes post-session (before you leave), they will revisit to ensure that it is tidy. Please ensure you leave the room clean and with the furniture and props back to their original place for the next client.
Clients must use booked studio space within confirmed booking time. A studio associate will notify when there is 10 minutes remaining on booked session time.
If client goes over their booking time, a fee of $40 will be charged for every 15 minute overage increment from end time of booked session.
Ample parking is available with ten marked reserved spots for Monet Studio clients. If spots are full, clients may park in any unmarked spot. Elevator is available for clients to use, however, please inform us prior to appointment if you will be bringing in heavy props that would require us to put the elevator in service mode.
